Example only. Interface may change. ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, and Anthropic do not endorse ResuMax.

One record. Every next move.

Your profile, documents, roles, applications, and outcomes stay connected. The assistant can answer from the same source of truth without making you repeat your story.

Connect your AI assistant

Choose where you work. Sign in through ResuMax to approve access, then return to your assistant. Connecting does not start a subscription.

  1. 1. Add a custom connector

Open Customize → Connectors in Claude and add a custom connector. For a managed workspace, your owner may need to add it first. Use the address below; leave the optional client ID and secret empty.

    Open Claude Connectors
  2. 2. Review access in ResuMax

The sign-in page opens in your browser. Review the client name and requested permissions before approving. Your assistant does not receive your password.

  3. 3. Return to your assistant

Enable ResuMax in the conversation and send a request. The example below is a prompt to copy, not an action already run.

Using ResuMax, open this role: https://resumax.ai/career-market/jobs/scout-motors-staff-software-engineer-front-end-customer-experience-e0badf5ed094a396. Compare it with my career profile and recommend the next step. Ask me before saving changes.

Useful free. Complete on paid plans.

Connecting never opens checkout. If a requested action is not in your plan, nothing runs and the assistant gives you a clear plan link.

You stay in control.

The connection is narrow, visible, and reversible. ResuMax never gives an assistant generic database, storage, HTTP, or messaging access.

  • Owner-scoped

Every request belongs to the signed-in ResuMax user and the client they approved.

  • Private by default

List results leave out contact details, recruiter notes, and full document content.

  • Review before save

Tailoring creates a proposal first. Saving creates a new version and needs explicit approval.

  • Retry-safe

Metered work and writes cannot silently repeat when an assistant retries a request.

  • Revocable

See connected clients and recent actions in Settings, then disconnect access immediately.

Before you connect.

What is ResuMax MCP?

It is the secure connection and guided workflows that let a compatible AI assistant use specific ResuMax features after you sign in. MCP is the open protocol underneath it.

Does connecting start a subscription?

No. Connection is free. If you ask for a paid-only action, ResuMax stops before running it and explains the plan that includes it.

Can the assistant see my password or database?

No. You sign in on ResuMax. The client receives narrow career tools, never your password, database, storage, or generic account access.

Can it change a resume without asking?

No. Tailoring first creates a reviewable proposal. Saving creates a new version, requires explicit approval, and leaves the original unchanged.

Can it apply to jobs or message employers?

No. ResuMax can discover roles, prepare materials, and track a pipeline. It cannot submit applications, contact employers, or send arbitrary messages.

How do I disconnect?

Open ResuMax Settings, find AI connections, and disconnect the client. Access ends immediately while your documents remain intact.

Stop re-explaining your career.

Connect once, keep your source of truth in ResuMax, and pull the next useful action to the front wherever you work.
